* Check-in time is from 3 PM onward.
* Check-out time is by 10 AM.
* MAKEUP STAINS can’t be removed so we have provided FREE Makeup Removal please use them instead of the White towels. Stains that can’t be removed will incur an additional charge.
* No Smoking:
* Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and comes with a $300 fine.
* If guests wish to smoke, please use the designated outdoor smoking area which is 5-10ft away from the property, and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
* No Parties or Events:
* Our property is for residential use only, and parties or events are not allowed.
* Please respect the tranquility of our neighborhood and keep noise levels down, especially from 10 PM – 8 AM.
* Maximum Occupancy:
* The maximum number of guests allowed is 2 per room and family members with kids can use the Queensize Pullout Sofa.
Visitors:
* Visitors are not allowed to stay over without prior approval from the host.
* Pets Policy:
* We allow 1 Pet maximum and request for the requirements.
* Respect for Neighbors:
* Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (typically 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM).
* Property Care:
* Please treat our home with care and respect.
* Any damages or breakages must be reported to the host immediately.
* Kitchen Use:
* Feel free to use the kitchen to prepare meals, but please clean up after yourself.
* Ensure all dishes, utensils, and appliances are left clean and tidy.
* Air Conditioning and Heating:
* Set the AC to a comfortable range. Close doors/windows when in use.
* Help conserve energy for a delightful stay. Thank you!
Safety and Security:
* Keep all doors and windows locked when leaving the property.
* Do not allow strangers into the home without the host’s permission.
* Parking:
* Guests may park in the garage and if there isn’t space park on the driveway.

* We welcome a maximum of 1 pet per stay.
* Please ensure that your pets comply with any size limitations specified in the listing.
Pet Comfort:
* We want your pets to feel at home too! Please bring their favorite bedding or crate for their comfort during their stay.
* Leash and Supervision:
* Pets must be kept on a leash while on the property to ensure the safety of all guests.
* Please supervise your pets at all times to prevent any disturbances or accidents.
* Waste Disposal:
* Pet owners are responsible for promptly cleaning up after their pets both indoors and outdoors.
* Waste must be properly disposed of in designated waste bins.
* Alone Time:
* Please do not leave your pets unattended in the rental unit, as this may cause anxiety and disrupt their environment.
* Respect for Other Guests:
* Be mindful of other guests who may not be comfortable around pets.
* Please keep noise levels down, especially during quiet hours.
* Damages:
* Pet owners will be held responsible for any damages caused by their pets during their stay.
* Any necessary repairs or replacements will be charged accordingly.
* Guests are not allowed to shower or wash their pets in the shower, bathtubs, or sinks. (This will result in a 150$ fee)
* No pets are allowed on any of the beds or furniture. (This will result in EXTRA cleaning fees depending on what is required)
* Vaccinations and Health:
* All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and in good health.
* Guests may be asked to provide proof of vaccinations upon request.
